What's the latest I can book?

I've been checking out some last minute deals which are looking good.

 

I'm wondering how late I can book. A week out?

 

I have air already covered so no problem there.

 

Can I print out everything I need without having to wait for anything mailed?

The morning of a cruise .. depending on where you live. I am 5 hours from Galveston and almost missed the ship, so I would not try it again myself .. but you can book the day of .. and just drive down and have to check in I think 90 minutes ahead if you dont have the boarding info filled out online.
