First Night Sabatini vs. MDR Menu Request

Hi. We have the chance to eat at Sabatini's the first night, but I wanted to know if anyone has a menu of both the Main Dining Room on the first night, and Sabatini's the first night, so that we could decide which venue to choose.

After nine Sailaway dinners we opted for Sabatini's for our embarkation dinner on our last cruise and liked the change of pace.

Sabatini's menu is the same every night.

We just completed our third cruise and still haven't done a Sailaway dinner. On our first cruise, our TA sent us a complimentary invite to Sabatini's for the first night and its just become a habit for us.

 

Our tablemates always think we're newylweds since we don't show up the first night (there should be a blushing smilie :p)

Great question. I've always wondered the same thing since I love reading the various menus people post but have never seen a menu for the STAR which the Mr. & I will be sailing on in July....:)

DH and I decided to try Sabatini's after we loved the Crown Grill so much. OY!!! He is allergic to shellfish and I'm allergic to peppers (jalepeno, bell, etc.). Despite the wait staff and kitchen's extraordinary efforts and adapting menu items for us, we were disappointed (it just wasn't the same due to our food allergies). That night we ended up eating pizza by the pool because we were starving from picking at our food. :rolleyes:
