Capricruiser Posted February 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2012 Costa is offering some new itineraries for late 2012/early 2013 to the Orient and Oceania including a whopping long cruise from Savona to Melbourne - 109 days! The elegant new neoRomantica will be the ship and the itinerary apparently is divided into five or six different segments so if you don't want the entire 109 days you can choose one of the shorter segment cruises. For example, one departs and returns to Melbourne and goes all around New Zealand with several port calls enroute. This one appeals to me. This won't be exactly a first for Costa because if I recall, many years ago Costa had cruises down under as well. The Costa Deliziosa is currently in that hemisphere on her round-the-world cruise which started almost two months ago.
