Help! Spencer is not replying.

We have been trying to reach Spencer Ambrose for a week now with no reply. We were considering his tour, but maybe we should try someone else? We are looking to do the land and sea or just the beach break. Does anyone else offer this tour? Any recommendations? We sail in 3 weeks!

I am also waiting on a response from Spencer. We already reserved Cosol tours but decided we would like the water tour better. But no response. I emailed him directly.

Spencer was very prompt in responding to e-mails. We are booked with him for a day in June. Hopefully you will hear from him soon as I think the land and sea tour sounds awesome.

we also got a very quick reply from him - booked for next January to hike Gros Piton..

We filled out the booking form and got an automated reply right away and an email confirmation the next day with a nice email from him. You are not committed to booking with him if you fill out the form. You can still opt out when you get his email. It was a very easy process and he sounds lime a very nice guy. Hopefully you will be able to get in touch

You could check out Herod's, they do a sea tour similar to Spencers Beach Break. He also has a land/sea tour.

Son of Man and Joe Knows also do a land/sea tour combo,

I would try Spencer one more time both with his email form and contact him direct with the email provided above - and if you don't hear from him in 2 or 3 days, try somewhere else.

Cosol's tour is land only, by the way (although it is a water taxi to from the pier in Soufriere to Jalousie beach)

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. We just waited a few more days and then received an e-mail from Spencer. I am sure that he is very busy, he takes the time to read each email and answer them personally. We booked the beach break to Jalouise, looking forward to meeting and spending the day with Spencer and his team!

I'm sure you'll find it was worth the wait, as Jalousie Beach was our favorite tour in February and Spencer's crew (and his famous rum punch) were a delight.

How did you like your day with Spencer? What time did you get back to the ship and did you have time to shop or anything when you got back? Did you feel like you missed anything by not doing the land portion of the tour?
