hello!

I'll be on the oasis of the seas and we'll be at the port at 07.00 a.m.

we'll have the flight at 10 p.m.

since we've got a little child of 3 years: do you know if it's possible to store our baggage somewhere? at the airport? do you know if there are cheap day pass at some hotel?

thanks to all!

You can't check your bags until four hours before your domestic flight and six hours before your international flight. I don't believe any US airport offers bag storage or lockers since September 11th.

How do you plan on getting around? Maybe just rent a car and store the luggage in the trunk for the day?

i could be wrong but i THINK MIA has a place to pay to store your bags.....but it was closed when i was there, as i was in the airport well past midnight...yes they do:

there IS a hotel IN the airport that might have day rooms...or try this

or perhaps rent a car, ride around and have a place to stash your stuff

and MIA's website

Another poster mentioned getting a day-room for under $100 (good for this time of year) at the Sofitel near MIA in the Blue Lagoon area - nice pool, restaurants within walking distance, and free airport shuttles. Taxi from POM to this hotel should run just under $30 including tip. Give the hotel (not the 1-800 #) a call.

I June we had a flight on AA at 3:35pm and we were able to check our bags in curbside at around 9am. We disembarked the ship grabbed a cab over to MIA, checked our luggage and were back at Bayside before 10am to kill a few hours before heading back to MIA for our flight.
