Okay they are truly taking this new "HOLD" music and the "Sea is Calling" to the limits.

 

Serious RCI it's horrible, if I didn't need an answer from you it would be a huge turn off to hold.

I agree. I wanted to hang up on the ditzy sounding "Sea" too!

I was on hold just recently, and there was a woman talking about the sea, but it wasn't the baby-voiced woman, it was a regular-sounding, grown-up woman. I thought they had changed it since they got so much flak about it.

I actually like the second woman's voice. It is very soothing but still think its corny advertisement! :rolleyes:

I agree, what was wrong with the elevator music from the past? It is especially annoying when they have done something to piss you off! Like when the website is down!

That's why I try to use the online chat feature to get anything changed on my reservation or have a quick question answered. I can't stand the "on hold" music! But, I don't like ANY "on hold" music either :rolleyes:

I would prefer maybe the subtle sounds of the ocean..waves.. a few bird noises..Not a lot of chatter or even elevator music...Set the tone RCI and get me in the mood !!!!
