robwhite61 Posted March 21, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 21, 2012 I can't remember if I need to take a towel to the gym or not. After working out I'm planning on showering there then going back to cabin.
pe4all Posted March 21, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 21, 2012 There are plenty of towels in the changing area of the locker rooms. No need to take any from your cabin.

nw2this Posted March 22, 2012 #5 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Can you also find body lotion in the locker room of the gym? I'd rather not pack it if I can find it on board for free.
robwhite61 Posted March 22, 2012 Author #6 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Thanks for all the replies. I've never worked out there before, but hey, you gotta start sometime.
CanadianBaldGuy Posted March 26, 2012 #7 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Can you take the towels out of the gym? I took a towel out of the gym and left it wrapped around my neck as I ate breakfast out on Lido deck. I left it on the table when I was finished. I didn't see any signs stating to leave the towels inside the gym. They're all the same white towels that are in the rooms, so they all end up being washed and re-distributed to different areas. funinthesun1964 Posted March 26, 2012 #8 Share Posted March 26, 2012 They have towels in the gym, both to wipe off equipment with cleaner after you are done, and also towels for personal use. You may take these towels; however they are not all that large. They have bigger towels in the locker rooms which you use to exit the gym.

Ive never seen lotion - but then, I did not look for it.
pe4all Posted March 26, 2012 #10 Share Posted March 26, 2012 I go to the gym each and every morning on every cruise. Have never seen any kind of body lotion anywhere in the gym or locker room. However, I usually get some samples of body lotion in the amenities bowl in the cabin bathroom. I would bring my own, though, as it is hit or miss in what the stewards put in the bowls for each cruise.

pe4all Posted March 26, 2012 #12 Share Posted March 26, 2012 What about shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the gym showers? No conditioner anywhere in the ship's bathrooms/showers. You have to bring your own. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the gym/cabin showers.
