Anyone in HMC recently?

Wondered what the water temperatures are this time of year at Half Moon Cay. I know March is one of those months of you might just never know. Hope it's warm enough to swim and crossing fingers no rain!!

Been there a couple of times in March and April. Water has always been fine.

I was there on Sunday and the water was fine, probably around 78 degrees.

We were there about a month ago and we were there last April. Both times the water was perfectly fine. It may feel a bit chilly when you first walk in but just fine once you're completely in the water.

I've been to HMC probably eight times the first full week in April, and the water temp is in the high 70's and the air temp is usually in the low eighties.;)

we were there early this month. the water always seems colder jan-mar than nov-dec .. my DW wont swim as it is too cold for her. Doesnt bother me though.

We were ther on Sun the 25th and the water was beautiful, both in color and temperature. We had a real thrill, down at the end of the cabana's there was a large school of silver fish of some kind and hunting them was a Baracuda. We were right there in the water with it and some only a couple of feet away from it. A gentelman who was close to it took my camera and got a couple of good photos under water. That was our excitment for the day.

The rest of the time we lazed about, read and swam. Heaven, we were in heaven.

We were there the day before (the 24th) and saw the same barracuda!

 

It was pretty cool, wasn't it!
