We are new to O and would like to ship our luggage to the ship in Lisbon this summer. Does anyone know which company O uses.

I don't believe that Oceania offers that service, therefore they are not affiliated with any such company.

 

We have previously used Luggage Forward because of recommendations from others on this board (Thanks Jan!), and were very satisfied.

The cost, however, is not insignificant-

Be very careful shipping to Lisbon. If shipping from the EU, no problem. But if shipping from ex-EU, Customs will be involved, and Portuguese customs are extremely slow, bureaucratic and expensive. They could easily hold your luggage for a month while they do their paperwork. Avoid.

As I read it, that is what firstimer was saying.

 

Luggage shipped within the EU would not be subject to customs, but if it has to be inspected then there might be a long delay.
