sullaRaffaello Posted April 4, 2012 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2012 I posted this on the Baltic/Northern European board and received no replies, so I thought I'd post it here. Incidentally, I've gotten 2 different answers from ZVS, the visa service. I plan on seeing St. Petersburg on my own, obtaining my own visa. Our ship will be there 2 days, with one overnight. If I have a single entry visa, and depart the ship the first day, and return that evening, is the return to the ship considered an exit from Russia, such that I wouldn't be allowed off the second day? jtl513 Posted April 5, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2012 My guess is that since you haven't left territorial waters, you haven't left the country by going back on the ship. Maybe you should stay in a land hotel overnight to be sure. (I'm sure someone on this forum has run into this situation and will give you the real answer.) :)
Rare Essiesmom Posted April 5, 2012 #3 Share Posted April 5, 2012 Granted, it's been 12 years since we did this, but our visa didn't state anything about single entry or more...EM
