Best beach for Boarding/body surfing?

We will be in St. Maarten & St. Thomas. Which beaches are good for boogie boarding/body surfing? Thanks

On St Thomas, it is dependent on the weather conditions. But Morning Star is a windward beach in typical conditions and usually has the boogie boarding competitions. If you are at Havensight or downtown, you can stop at Caribbean Surf Company and ask where they would go that day.;)
