Stockholm/Hop on Hop off boat

We will be docked at Stadsgarden 167 in June and wondered if the hop on hop off boat will start earlier than 10:00 am. We are docked from

7 am till 2 pm and would like to start touring before 10:00 am. If the boat doesn't get started early we will have to find an alternative. Thanks
