Margaritaville is within walking distance from the ship. There is also a free beach area and pool for cruise passengers.

You will have a blast, and yes it is definately walking distance it is actually very very near. i am disable and i was able to walk to it.

Less than 1/4 of a mile...you pretty much pull up to it when you dock...

We had two beers, I had a jerk chicken wrap and fries and DW had fried fish and fries - - $64 US :eek:

Inbetween the over priced and crowds at MV and the sunburnt drunks at Jacks are a couple of places, less crowded, better food, cheaper beer and loungers, same beach. Suggest you check these out.

Straight line distance, about 100 yards, but since you probably don't have wings, you will have to take a more roundabout route, and walk the length of the pier first so say 350-400 yards. Of course, you could get distracted by the stores you pass en-route, in which case 1-2 miles.

I dont recall any transportation but its less then 2 min by walking. Its a ton of fun too! Have Fun and ENJOY YOUR CRUISE!

I had the best margarita ever at the Margaritaville in Las Vegas called "the perfect margarita". Anyone have one at GT? It was horribly expensive, like $12, but holy smokes it packed a punch!
