Grand Cayman port

Technically two ports. George Town is used by all ships, unless there is foul weather that results in tendering into Spotts Beach. More likely than not, your dive meeting place will be some where other than at port. If the dive op is supplying transport they will know where to pick you up. If not, taxis ware available at either tender area.

Yep - just let the company know your ship and they will know where to get you. The your directors in these places know everything about the ships, as it is their livelihood. Enjoy Grand Cayman - my favorite island. :)

Yep, just let them know which ship you are on and they will either tell you where to go to meet them or they will have someone there at the appropriate tender dock (there are at least 2 different tender docking areas, maybe more). Have a great time - it's a very beautiful island !!! :)

We docked at the main port that everyone has mentioned. After getting off the ship we found tents everywhere with the employees to the excursions holding signs so that they were easy to find. They know you are coming, they will be looking for you. If another company is there, you can usually ask any of them and they can point you in the right direction to the tour operator. :) They all know each other.

Thanks Sonnydjoe. We just sent a note of to JJ's for our cruise next week. We always try to use the independent shops that don't have to toss have their profit over to the cruise lines. Almost always a better dive at a better price. Actually, we find nearly all of our independent excursions off of the CC forum.
