Genie Bras....

I wear underwire all the time, including when I travel (domestic US and overseas) and have never set off the alarm with my bra. Of course, I take off all my other metal - jewelry, barrettes etc - to minimize my "metal totals".

 

I did once wear convertible pants and my legs had to be wanded because of the zippers at my knees. So I don't wear those pants through airports anymore. Ah well. Live & learn.

 

So, not everyone will set off the detectors.....

I got an e-mail about those QVC Genie bras. They are ones with lace and offer modesty for low cut tops/dresses.

I don't plan to get anymore of those bras. What I now have is sufficient for travel needs.
