I had printed them out 5/14, they were there, perfect

Wanted to make a second copy this morning, poof, gone!

Don't worry! When you call, they will probably tell you they see your obc from their end. Bring your "old" copy of your docs to show they were there!

Just scan your copy to make your 2nd copy.

I used a Future Cruise Certificate on my last cruise. The $100 was immediately applied to my payments, but $100 OBC never showed up on any of my docs. Called PVP and she told me twice that she could see it in her system, but I wouldn't see it.

 

While on my cruise, by midweek it still hadn't shown up. Went to customer service and they said it wasn't in their system and they'd have to contact Carnival HQs. I had the paperwork with me and brought them a copy. Three days later it finally showed up.

 

If you are expecting an OBC, be sure to take any documentation with you! Not a huge hassle, but still time better spent doing something else.
