alaska excursions for toddlers

Hi I'm new at this, but I have a few questions for anyone who has been on the alaska cruise (Radiance of the Seas RCI). I was wondering if the dog sledding excursions or the river rafting trip in Juneau were safe excursions for a 4year old. Or if there are any other things to do that she might enjoy. She's been on a cruise before and really enjoyed the kids club on board, but we were wondering if there's anything off the ship she could do.
