Liberty of Seas cabins

Recommended Posts

Hi I will be traveling with 2 adults and 4 kids--I think we will need 2 inside rooms connecting any positive room reviews out there that we should maybe look for? Also, is it possible to have 1 inside room and another room with window or balcony and be VERY close to each other???? Is that even possible? thanks!

There are a couple of cabin combos on Freedom class where a balcony connects to an inside cabin...they are the last rooms in the aft section on either port or starboard sides. Check the deck plans to see them.

Unless you get a suite, you will need 2 cabins. There are connecting interiors, as well. You could also do cabins across the hall from each other...just check the deck plans and have them in front of you when pricing and booking!

On Liberty, on the 9th deck, in the back, on each side of the ship, there is a balcony cabin connected to an inside. And, in the front, on each side, there is a balcony cabin connected to a window cabin.

You didn't say how old the kids are, or if they are yours. On RCI, you can also book your own kids into an inside cabin that's across the hall from your cabin.

Yes they are my kids-- they will be 13, 11 , 6 and 4 at time of sailing. The balcony connected to a inside sounds like what I was thinking would be great!!! Is it true in the back though we will feel the motion more then in the middle though?

I have been across the Atlantic twice on Liberty, and motion was never an issue. We have done a balcony and inside opposite for ourselves and sons aged 13 and 11, but with the two wee ones maybe connecting cabins would work best.

It's the last side-facing balcony on either side of the ship. I don't think motion is a big issue on a ship this large with huge stabilizers.

Since there are only two pairs of cabins with this arrangement on the ship, they already might be booked.
