I've been checking the price every few days since I booked over 600 days ago. The price has never changed at all. Noticed today it is 800 more than what I paid. Whats the deal? will it come down? I was hoping for OBC, but am happy with what I paid for my first balcony.

I'm getting so excited I can't stay away from here. lol

Price will probably not come down before final payment. OBC is nice but you can only get it if the price comes down before final payment due date.

There is no OBC anymore. If price goes down before final payment, the amount is deducted from your total price. After final payment the only thing you can get is a possible upgrade to a higher catagory for the same price you paid, if available, or for a bit more than you already paid, if available.

Yes, no more OBC. Just credit if the price comes down before final payment date. (Missed edit time period.) But OBC is nice:o
