Anyone know if Derek is back on the Monarch?

Can anyone recently off the Monarch tell me if Derek in Guest Services is back onboard? He was there in August of last year but was gone in December. That man was awesome and would like to get ahold of him prior to our upcoming September cruise.

Derek was there in June and is the Suite Manager.
