Hi! I booked on Carnival Liberty, early saver. It's an iterior cabin. I paid cruise fare + midship and now they price up the cruise fare but midship is inclued can i claim what i paid for midship?

You have to use YOUR CATEGORY, 4A, 4B, 4C ..

 

If there is a sale for 4A, and it includes a free upgrad to a 4B .. and you now are in a 4B ... AND you paid the same price, then yes.

 

But you also have to have paid the same or less for the fare being advertised, not just take the free upgrade.
