Hi Chuck, thanks for helping me find this board. :) We are all so excited. Especially now that we are meeting others. Trevor (son) is glad to have other kids going that he is starting to chat with. Our last trip was fun for DH and I but kids did not meet other kids. I did get your e-mail with all the activities you are planning for kids and parents.

 

Can you tell me a bit more about how the walkie talkie thing works....I think it is great to have a group of parents keeping an eye out for all the kids in our group.

Hi Karyn!!! Last time we had walkie talkies with side band channels.. This is the key to being able to hear each other!!!!!! we were on channel 19 with a side band of 19. When other people would try the channel we told them they were on a private channel for Carnival and they would leave!!! LOL I recommend getting walkie talkies with at least a 5 mile range, then they will work up to a mile...LOL 5 miles is a joke but it does have more power to push a signal!!!!!! Do you have any now??
