Thank you so much for sharing this list! I hope you have a wonderful cruise. Only one bad thing...now I'll really have to spend the next three weeks saving every penny so I can shop at the places you listed! Oh, the pain, the pain!!:D

Have a great time in S.F., too. It's a fantastic city!

Booth

Thank you for your input. I hadn't even considered what to do in SF. Now I have the day planned.

So there is an Alaskian coupon book. Which pier is it Pier 39 or is it as Fishermans Wharf?

Thanks

Deb

Deb, according to my wonderful wife who did all this research she found out they give coupon books out in seattle and vancouver at the pier/ near the ship itself. We aren't sure about San Fran- but were going to keep an eye out. Let us know if you find them/ they give them out for the regal sailing as well. booth

Thank you Booth and your wife for this great list. Even I who is going on my third trip in 11 days found the list to be fantastic. I know that took alot of work and we really do appreciate it. Again thank you.

And another thing we want to do in San Francisco is go to the Boudin Bakery. If you like sour dough bread, they make it with a little from the first batch over 100 years ago. And they now have a demonstration bakery on the wharf.

Thank you so much for the original post. That will be a great help.

Does anyone know if they hand out the coupon books in Whittier for the Southbound Cruises? We'll be on Princess Southbound so we'll be out of Whittier not Seward or some other town.

Since I don't know if they will have coupon books can someone possibly grab us a few and send them our way? I'd be happy to pay for postage since I don't know if they have them in San Fran. I'd hate to miss out if there are good deals. Anyone who can help can email me at przeor@yahoo.com Thanks, booth

I agree with the getting out of the heat. 66 days is too long and waiting until the middle of September like I am is Waaaay too long. This hot this early in the season stinks big time :)

I think we both need to stowaway on an Alaskan cruise before our time :)

Have a good trip when you finally get there!
