Riviera Question

Does the new Riviera has a self service laundry. We will be traveling for 10 days before boarding the ship in Oct from Rome for 10 more days. We were on the Regetta for a 21 day cruise. The self service laundry was great to use.

Any other hints about the Riviera.

Yes, decks 7-11 each have one laundry room with three washers and three dryers and two ironing boards.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will be doing laundry the 1st day on board.

It is much nicer to do the laundry with a machine. Means I can pack lighter for a 20 day trip.

Also, the laundry rooms on the Riviera are much nicer than the ones on the R ships - they are newer, larger, etc

This is a picture of Marina's laundry room that JimandStan posted in another thread. I have not been on Riviera, but from what I've read, I believe its laundry facilities are quite similar.

In addition to comfortable seating in the laundry room on the Marina, there is cold bottled water and a television. Oceania is doing its best to make doing laundry comfortable for its guests.
