Hi - I've been reading the threads for AQSC and have looked at their website. I guess maybe I am just missing it, but I can't determine gratutities or cost of excursions...

can anyone point me in the right direction. Also is it common to pay the brochure rate?

I am very interested in the Columbia & Snake River trip.

Thanks for any information you can provide.

I think you are confusing two different lines the GASC does not do the Snake river that is American Cruise Lines

When you find an itinerary you like it shows the free excursions than the Premium ones for a fee

You might try under the forum for River Cruises or Other cruise Lines

Ithink I saw some info there on ACL

Also check the review section

There is a section of the AQ website that will answer most of your questions. It's under "Your Voyage"; "Essential Travel Guide" Here's a shortcut:

It covers almost everything on board except details about the standard shore excursions -- under current offers, these excursions are included in the fare, and are hop-on hop-off bus tours on the company owned "steamcoaches" -- but those may not be offered "free" forever.
