Bermuda Restaurants/Reservations

Cruising in October to Bermuda. There for two nights. Would like to go to a moderate priced restaurant for dinner one night. Any suggestions? How far in advance do I need to make reservations? Do men have to wear a jacket and tie? Are dressy capris alright for the women or frowned upon? Thank you.
