Charlie Car Rentals: has anyone rented from them before? Have checked out web sites and tripadvsior. Now would like to here from someone who may have rented from them.

We've rented from them several times with no issues. We will use them in the future - convenient locations.

Used to have a condo in PR, rented from them frequently. Good prices, good cars, good locations.
