dmk Posted August 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2012 I'm wondering if anybody else has had a similiar problem to mine. I received an email saying that I had bonus $ to use on my next request. I decided to use it on a future hotel booking. After goig through the tedious bidding process, I find out that the bonus $ were never added by Priceline to my bids. While I have used betterbidding frequently. I had not realized that they had FAQs which covered many areas. I checked and it seems I'm not the only one who has had problems with the Bonus $ rewards. dmk Posted August 29, 2012 Author #7 Share Posted August 29, 2012 I received another Bonus cash reward today. Good unti 11:59 p.m. tonight. After my first bid using this reward I was told...Sorry! You have used this before???? How could I have used it if it was just sent out today?? Is it only me that this problem is happening to? I have emailed priceline again to tell them of this problem.
