Cooler size

I have a soft cooler 14" X 14" X 10" and I know that Carnival's requirements are 12" x 12" x 12" but do you think it will pass?

Not sure, I hear they are pretty strict on coolers.

 

Did you know that you can take one 12x12x12 per person?

Soft cooler, I assume it is then collapsable and can be packed in a bag? Or are you planning on putting your soda/water allotment in it and carrying it on? If carrying it on, then you may or may not get caught by the tape measure patrol!

 

We have a collapsable cooler larger than 12X12X12 that we pack in our suitcase and open it in the cabin, add the water and soda and the ice the cabin steward will get for you....and we are good to go !

 

Once it's in the cabin, there are no worries about the size.

As long as its packed in your suitcase you check and you dont try to carry it on as a cooler it should pass.

 

I have heard of people carrying them on, one side is only 1/2 inch or 1 inch too big and they are confiscated. Dont try to carry it on or you might never get it back.
