The station at the airport is within the terminal. Not a bad way to go . Allow 30 minutes. Taxi is more convenient and takes half the time. Taxis are small. (Priuses and Corollas) Usually only take 2. Vans and limos are available. After a long flight and hassle of getting luggage, I always prefer a taxi. The hotel is about 5 blocks from Waterfront Station (use the exit marked "Exit to Granville"). While it's possible to change lines to get you to the Burrard Station (3 blocks closer), the change itself is 2 blocks of walking underground and through Waterfront Stn, and not worth it. BCHappyGal Posted September 12, 2012 #4 Share Posted September 12, 2012 A taxi from the airport to your hotel will take at least 30 minutes more in rush hour...cost about $40. The Skytrain is definitely the more affordable way to go if you can manage your own luggage
