Marina Owners Suite

We are booked in an owners suite, 8143. Anyone stayed in one before and have experiences to share? Have they eliminated the exercise room? Any perks that are not published? Does the internet work in that suite?

We were in a Vista, not the OS, last October. At the time the VS had an exercise room but I didn't think the OS did. But I didn't actually visit the OS so I could certainly be wrong on that. (OTOH, the OS has a player piano ...)

 

I've heard that the exercise room was eliminated from the VS, then I heard that it had not. Personally, that was why I wanted the VS!

 

The internet works in all suites, it just may not be as fast as you are used to.

I know the exercise room in the Owner's Suites on Riviera has been converted to a walk-in closet (making His and Hers closets), because I met the designer of the owner's suites on Riviera's chritening cruise, and she told me so. I have heard that the same change was made to Marina.

We were on the Marina during a TA crossing in the OS (8143), it's a great suite you'll love it. Service is great, and yes it is now a closet and way to small for a work out,(just right for a closet) but it's really a nice suite. So nice we booked the same OS on the Marina for January in Tahiti, and than again on the Riviera (8143) OS for August Rome to Venice. Great way to travel..Your butler can make anything happen, just ask....Rick

We had the opportunity of enjoying Suite 8143. The internet worked fine. The workout room was converted to a closet. Everything is Ralph Lauren down to the martini shaker which was put to great use for those sail away parties.

We stayed in OS 10111 on the Riviera's maiden voyage. I think the finishes are almost identical to the Marina. (JimandStan can comment on the specific differences.) In a word, the suite is amazing. Here are some photos.
