Golden Princess help me pick

:confused:If you were offered an "Upsell" to a PH suite on the Golden, would you pick suite C425 or the newer Sun Deck suites S-701?

S-701 has the Lido below and part of the sports deck above it. It is very convenient to Horizon Court.

 

However, C-425 has cabins above and below and would probably be quieter than S-701. I would personally choose C-425.

I agree with Cruiserdru. I would choose the Caribe deck suite. There may be noise issues with the Sun deck suite.

Take the Caribe deck. Those have become our cabins of choice due to the central location and just steps from the atrium elevators.

 

We have C421 booked for our next cruise.

The Caribe deck location would be in a more stable location being on a lower deck midship than the upper deck aft Sun deck location which is always a consideration for my mal de mer prone wife.

I agree with what other posters have said about Caribe deck, but the Sun deck balconies are fully covered while the Caribe deck balconies are part covered and part uncovered if that is a consideration. The Sun deck balconies appear to be a little shallower, more like a mini-suite balcony.
