Just off Riviera and wanted to add to other posts what a treat it was to experience the new La Reserve addition. We are among the relative lucky few to have enjoyed Priveé as originally structured. Although saddened by that passing, for us Connoisseur at La Reserve was a joy. Christophe Belin's enthusiasm and professionalism radiated through as he presented each dish. It was a key part of the experience. Franck Garanger was also present and added his customary flair. Quite the team. The meal was flawless. In our view an event not to be missed. Our thanks to all.

There are 3 menus to choose from. Do you have the option of ordering an of the 3 or do you and the group have to order all one menu the same?

Having just booked one, it shows each menu choice exclusive on a different evening.
