Clarea Posted October 21, 2012 #26 Share Posted October 21, 2012 Good job Bob! I didn't save the email. Thanks for posting it! Have you ever seen said service person at breakfast? :D:):D You cruise a lot more frequently than we do. ~Patti :) No Patti, I never did see the designated crew member at breakfast. Maybe they had a designated crew member and we missed it, but I never remember seeing one. Bob
sdear Posted October 21, 2012 #27 Share Posted October 21, 2012 We were on Oasis a few weeks ago and mentioned that we would be interested in a bridge tour if one was available. Two days later we got an invite to see the bride ! :D He also took care of moving a cabana rental I had made on Nellies, and had it moved to Barefoot beach. i

Rare Lionesss Posted October 21, 2012 #31 Share Posted October 21, 2012 -On the Freedom our CL was awesome. -Corrected on board account, from wrong bar tab, (we never drank at a bar) -re-credited on C & A Tux discount -re-credited the socks we paid for and never got from tux order -printed airline tickets -provided bridge tour, and previous cruise galley tour -booked promotional free dinner at chops for us -attempted numerous times to sell us cabana at barefoot beach. -clarified dress code for zip line in Jamaica (man) did not need long pants. He earned his tip, which was very generous. He worked hard for his title, always saw him busy. Safe travels. Sue and crew

RCI Cruisers 004 Posted October 21, 2012 #34 Share Posted October 21, 2012 On our last Freedom cruise, my wife sent her dress out the day before formal night for pressing.....45 minutes before dinner, it still wasn't back. I made a call to the concierge and 10 minutes later it was delivered. They do it all !
