judie43 Posted October 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2012 We recently returned from the 10/1 sailing on the Constellation. Without going into detail,we had a slight issue with the drink pkg. I debated contacting customer service but then decided I needed an answer. Sent an email and received a reply the next day. They apologized and explained the policy to my satisfaction. My husband had the classic pkg. he had been drinking Magners hard cider for about 3 days then was told he couldn't get it because it was more than the $5 limit for beer. We explained that Magners is not beer,listed on the menu under cider and coolers. Not a big deal but we felt the servers should all be on the same page. There was a little more discussion with the bar manager but I won't bore you with details. Certainly would no stop us from buying the bev pkg.
