Glass Bottles

I know I can bring soda on board, but my DH happens to prefer IBC rootbeer in glass bottles will they let me bring a 6 pack with us if we carry it on? Thanks!

Beer is served all over the ship, including the pool deck, in glass bottles. Never thought about it, but can't see why not.

As long as it goes to your cabin they MAY allow you a 6 pack. Depends on the port and the person at the table. I've seen them turn them away and allow them both.

 

You AREN'T allowed glass on the decks. The bottles of beer you see around the decks are made of aluminum not glass.

They have some of the beers in the 16 ounce aluminum cans, but the majority of it is in 12 ounce glass bottles, including all the Alaskan Brewery stuff I enjoyed on the last cruise.

Well hopefully they'll let me because I'm gonna try. I also figured on going up to Sprinkles and get a big cup of vanilla ice cream and make my own rootbeer float mmmmm:D
