we have booked and paid for the beverage packages but have just received an e-mail now offering 10% discount. How do we get the 10% discount do we have to cancel and get refund then re book? or would they apply the 10% discount to what we have paid and refund the difference?

From what I have read in other threads, you will need to cancel, then re-purchase at a discount.

That said, make sure you read the fine print and your cruise dates fall under the period offered.

A billing cycle refers to your credit card particulars. A credit card has a certain cutoff date for each monthly bill. If you buy something the following day, it would go on the next month's bill. Say your cut off date for the month is the 15th. The next day they send a bill for that month and start a new cycle.

Pretty much every business will you give you that response. In reality, once something is SENT to the credit card company, it will be on your bill the next day. And will then show on your next bill. This two billing cycle crap is their way of saying nicely: " Please do not call us for two months if you are having a problem". And, we don't.

It comes out of your account straight away but it doesn't always go back just as quickly.:confused:
