I am also unable to get to access my booking. My 45 day window to book specialty restaurant reservations opens tomorrow morning. Any suggestions on what I should do if website continues to be problematic?

 

Call your TA & get them to book them or Oceania & book that way

Just tried again - logged in. This time I got a maintenance message.

Obviously the maintenance is taking longer than expected - it is now 7:55 pm ET.

Well, I got into my account but when I went to manage, comes up with page not available . It is 7:30 on Pacific time!

This mal-functioning website is a long-standing problem for Oceania. Look back in the last year for repeated threads complaining about the same thing, over and over and over. Having enjoyed a spectacular cruise on Riviera, I know that Oceania knows how to operate a cruise line. An internet site, however, appears not to be something it can cope with.

For those who want their specialty dinner rezies, I would suggest that you or your TA call and make those rezies if you still are not able to get in to do so. We had our TA call for us one time when we knew we would not be near a computer to make them on the available date.
