Queen vs King Bed size?

My wife and I are looking at doing a last minute cruise on Triumph, and I have noted some of the available cabins are marked Queen bed with sofa and upper, compared to the more common convertible pair of twins to King bed. Which we all know are much smaller than kings at home, closer to a normal queen, so this has me asking how big is a carnival Queen size?

i would say any ship ive been on the twins, as you say are rather a slim single and together they make a queen. they are never as big as my king at home and the single is not as big as a typical twin. just what ive found:)
