Shopping in Cabo and PV

ND Cruisers too

Recommended Posts

Since this will be our first time in both Cabo and PV.....where should we be doing our shopping...just looking for the best places to get great souvenirs of the area for ourselves and family?

My husband loves the bartering he was able to do in Cozumel and Costa Maya.....

Thanks for your input and I hope you all have a Blessed Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Reference this map: http://vallartainfo.com/vallarta-downtown-map.html

At the bottom of the map ... The type goods you are looking for can be found in the area marked "flea market" west to the waterfornt, along the waterfront from the "marine museum" south to the island and on the island itself.

The "Cafe Roma" has an excellent "husband day care center".

Of course there is WalMart/SAMS across the street from the port.

Drop down a map to the south side and you will find trinket vendors around Lazaro Cardenas Park & surrounding streets and south along Olas Altas south.

Additional unique shops can be found along Basilio Badillo.

Enjoy!

Along the Malecon South of the Plaza by the Our Lady of Guadalope Church there is an area called the Rio Cuale. Along this riverwalk you will find local artisan shops and vendors. It is a little less touristy and the prices are good. There are also some nice places to eat and have margarita.

In PV when you get off the ship right next door to the Cruise Ship Terminal are a lot of small shops where you can purchase a wide range of tourist type of items.

In Cabo, adjacent to the Tender Landing Pier is also a lot of tourist shops.
