Lot Fat Menu on Princess

Has anyone selected low fat menu option on Princess before? What type of options are you provided? Would I have to pick the day before? I assume that I could still order something off the regular menu if I don't see something I like. I don't like fish and I know that would certainly be a selection. Just not sure I should select that option in the special needs section.
