How do you find out who the Head Waiter etc is on the Emerald Princess in January 2013

Never used a head waiter for anything.:eek:It could be the man or woman next door.I just go to eat,only get to know my waiter and bussboy.

Goodwin is great. He was on the Emerald in September, don't know if he is still there.

While no reason why you should need a head waiter, ortalk to one,

 

but many are very happy to talk to passengers,

 

may be make some pasta or other dish at your table,

 

if they want to get a off assistant maitre d they need good

 

passenger feed back, so often will come around tables, check

 

waiters are doing what they should be, on my last few cruises

 

have enjoyed speaking to head waiter, assistant maitre d , the maitre d,

 

even chef stopped by one night for a chat, what is nice , is to recall

 

a past cruise with them, another important thing is to pass on

 

information as often passengers see more old crew mates

 

more than they do, have often been requested to pass on a message

 

to a crew member on an up and coming cruise if I see them.

We had Jean Paul on the Royal 2 years ago. Since it was a smaller ship (and we were on for a LONG time) we got to know him a little.

He's a lovely, refined and really sweet man!

Headwaiters in the Michelangelo are Michael from Italy, Robert from Romania, and Luis from Portugal.
