Newbie41 Posted January 4, 2013 #26 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Do they go to St. John's? Virgin Gorda? Dominican Republic? Just curious...:D Yes Carnival does sale to the Dominican Republic. I know for sure the Breeze does, and am not sure if other Carnival ships do.
Newbie41 Posted January 4, 2013 #27 Share Posted January 4, 2013 And id love to see Barbados! always wanted to go there and then Carnival pulled it! The carnival Valor sailing out of San Juan goes to Barbados. Earlier this year the Victory did that itinerary and it was wonderful. Personally I preferred St. Lucia over Barbados.
ccruisequeen Posted January 4, 2013 #28 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I wish they'd go back to Astoria, OR. Loved taking the coastal back in '09 from Long Beach to Astoria, Vancouver and Victoria. Same here. If they plan to have two ships doing the same 3/4 day itineraries, I'd prefer one do a 7-day CA Costal!
Athankfulheart Posted January 4, 2013 #29 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I'd like St Lucia and Barbados together NOT out of San Juan but out of Florida. We want this itin for Dec 2014 and looks like we will have to go with RC or Princess to get it.
kingoftheicedragons Posted January 4, 2013 #30 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I'd love to see Carnival go to any of the islands that aren't currently stops. Most importantly, though, I'd love to see Carnival go to Cartagena, Columbia. They could possibly do this on the southern itinerary out of FLL/Miami--whichever one it is. They could replace Grand Turk with Cartagena and do La Ramona, Aruba, Curacao, and Cartagena. I'd book that itinerary in a heart beat.
MrPete Posted January 4, 2013 #31 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I wish they go to Grenada, Dominica, bonaire, martinique, trinidad and Tobago, and st, barts. What about u? Bermuda in the summer months. Waiting 10 years now.
USA41018 Posted January 4, 2013 #32 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I've cruised RCCL and NCL to go to Bermuda. Wish Carnival would do Bermuda, regularly.

bythehex Posted January 4, 2013 #35 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Yes Carnival does sale to the Dominican Republic. I know for sure the Breeze does, and am not sure if other Carnival ships do. We were on the Carnival Freedom this past September and we stopped at La Romana, Dominican Republic. Big waste of time, frankly. If they could build a pier at the Bavaro beach area of Dominican Republic, people would LOVE it.

jwalk03 Posted January 4, 2013 #40 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Havana, hopefully this happens if(when) the US ever lifts the embargo. Acapulco Cancun And I also agree with Cartagena, Columbia.
Cuizer2 Posted January 4, 2013 #41 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I wish they go to Grenada, Dominica, bonaire, martinique, trinidad and Tobago, and st, barts. What about u? All good choices. My wish would be not only new ports, but some longer itineraries (longer than eight nights). Some ten and eleven night cruises would be nice. The Carnival could spend some time at some of the ports you listed.
Blizzardlane Posted January 4, 2013 #42 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Montserrat. Of course, that would require a new cruise pier, possibly volcanoproof.

Cuizer2 Posted January 4, 2013 #44 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Stockton California. lmao! Might as well add Bakersfield. Come on, it has to be some place with a harbor, like Phoenix, Arizona which has Sky Harbor.
LSGDRG Posted January 5, 2013 #45 Share Posted January 5, 2013 I would like to see a Carnival cruise out of San Francisco, CA. I would also like to have the option of a cruise to nowhere here on the west coast...and it would be great if Carnival offered an occasional World Cruise... NoobCruise Posted January 5, 2013 #46 Share Posted January 5, 2013 I know it's not really what you're looking for, but I wish they would sail out of San Francisco. We could drive there the same day. Otherwise we have to fly to get to any other port. Or drive 6 or 7 hours to LA or San Diego.

NoobCruise Posted January 5, 2013 #48 Share Posted January 5, 2013 lmao! Might as well add Bakersfield. At least Stockton has a port, though too small for a cruise ship to come up the Delta. The only port you can find in Bakersfield is the Port of Subs lol
