Is there anywhere on the cruise personalizer or elswhere that you can find if your OBC has been posted?

If you booked directly thru HAL, go to the view/make payments tab and it will show any credits you have (near the bottom).

 

If you booked thru a TA, this tab does not show up and you have to get the information from your TA.

Since we book through a personal TA, she sends to us copies of all the various ship board credits that we are due since they will not show up on HAL's site.

Last cruise I booked through a TA but sent my CCL shareholder proof myself...I emailed later and asked if I'd gotten the OBC and received an affirmative. This time I'm having my TA send it in...
