How do I arrange a meet and mingle for our group? Who do I contact? Thanks.

You need to call Princess and ask to be connected to a ship co-orinator.

Usually that person will ask how many people will be there and set a time and place for your group to meet.

Since your cruise is about 2 weeks away, you may not get this arranged on short notice. If you do, you usually have to send out the reminders.

If you can't get this arranged by the ship, then you all need to decide on a time and place when and where you can meet informally.

Wow!! You guys have a Meet and Greet site going since last year with 250+ posts and no one contacted the cruise line??? Bet they're going to be surprised!! Give it a try but usually they want some lead time to set things up, your under two weeks so be prepared with total numbers etc. Have a great trip!!:D

I assume OP is part of the Roll Call. Usually, someone on the Roll Call offers to contact Princess & arrange the M&G.

thanks everyone - I usually don't do it. I do the slot pull and cabin crawl and let someone else do the m&m - but this time no one did it. Thanks again.
