There are daily "mommy and me" type sessions for about an hour in the mornings where they can interact with other toddlers and play with toys. I don't believe Navigator has added a nursery in which case there is only in-cabin sitting on an as available basis for about $19 per hour. There is also no splash zone for the diapered set, so if your toddler isn't potty trained you might want to bring a little blow up pool.
