Just wondering if the free drinks package is showing up on your online reservation yet?

 

Our OBC is but not the drinks package.

I wonder whether there is simply a notation in your reservation that they can see, and when you check in the package is applied to your account.

Mine shows up as WACV1-WAVE BEV. Showed up as soon as I had it applied.

Not sure if this true......Some have stated that if you booked via a travel agent, you will NOT see the promotion on celebrity website--only if you booked direct with Celebrity!

 

I booked via a TA near the start of this promotion, and do NOT see it on my Celebrity account online!! My TA did send me an updated Bill, and it was on there.

Mine hasn't shown up either. The confirmation they sent me shows up (wav 2 wav grat), but the tip amounts are still being charged. I was told it might take about 10 days for the refund (or "amount due" reduction) to show up.

 

It's been 10 days, but I'm sure they have been really busy with this so I'll give them a little more time.

I booked through a TA and I don't see the promotion online but she confirmed that she can see it on her end.

We called Celebrity twice and each time they said it showed up on their end. They said it could take up to 6 weeks....why? I don't know.

We booked through a TA and got the package on the first day. I have not seen the package on my reservation, but after much hounding, I finally got an updated invoice showing that we do indeed have the package.

 

Not sure why it takes so long for it to show up - or not at all. Is it not just like any other "purchase"? There may be some note in there that it cannot be refunded or "cashed in", but it is tied to the reservation like anything else.

 

Oh wait......the answer just hit me......it all involves the website! DER!:eek:

My TA said X was handling it as a "coupon", and it might take 4-6 weeks to show up on our online reservation because the "coupon" department was swamped due to the popularity of the offer. So I'm not going to worry until sailing date gets closer. My TA is great, so I'm sure he's on top of it.

I was proactive.. I booked directly through the website but when I called to have it applied( I went with OBC ) I had her send me separate email/invoice. that way if it never shows I have proof.

 

I know when I booked on board Royal last time I was told our OBC would not appear until after we boarded( and silly me never thought to get confirmation from the LA either so I have no idea how that will work out if it isn;t on my account in September)

I asked my TA and she said that oftentimes Celebrity will wait until a promotion ends before they go through and input everything so it shows up in our online accounts. Since this runs into Feb she said if I don't see it online by mid-March to give her a call. My invoice clearly shows the package so I'm not worried at all.

Sadly, for us no OBC, free grats or wine package on our June 22nd Mediterranean cruise. Even the so called reduced air fares are no longer available! Pity poor us!

Our confirmation shows "WAV7-PREM BEV" at no charge. The promotion and upgrade were taken care of by our TA.

I've answered this question countless times on the 123 GO thread. Please check this thread, before asking repetitive questions.

 

I highly doubt the beverage package from the 123 GO promotion will appear online. It might, but I wouldn't count on it. However, it will appear on the Guest Copy of your Booking Confirmation. Ask your TA or Celebrity (if you booked direct) for a copy of this document. It states to allow up to 10 days for the 123 GO items selected, to appear on your booking.

Correction on my last post. Another member showed a copy of their booking, and it apears the beverage package will appear on your booking. At least it did on their booking. Great to see Celebrity is doing this !
