Bluegirl Posted February 2, 2013 #3 Share Posted February 2, 2013 ck53, I always forget to email them till the last minute (usually within a week of cruise). But CR is always incredibly prompt in getting back to me. Hopefully you will have the same experience.

Daghis Posted March 26, 2013 #5 Share Posted March 26, 2013 Most often, it's to arrange for the cash rebate from your previous cruise's gambling to be waiting for you in the casino on your next cruise.

Cash rebate???? What is that?! I gambled quite a bit on my last RCL cruise and never heard of such a thing.
Daghis Posted August 16, 2013 #7 Share Posted August 16, 2013 Are you a member of Club Royale (Royal Caribbean's casino "VIP" program)? If so, then based on how much you gambled on one cruise, you earn money toward your next cruise, payable either as a payment on the cruise fare or as a cash rebate you can pick up at the casino cashier after you board. It's one of the benefits offered to Club Royale members. To become a Club Royale member, you would need to be invited in by the casino host. The threshold for this for slots players seems to be 2,000 points earned on the slots during the cruise. I don't know what the metrics are for table game players. It is the only way they know how much you play. If it was sufficient you will be invited to join Club Royale. You can always ask the Host or pit boss if your play has qualified. The rewards can be substantial.
