How to lock the safe on Eurodam?

I always wipe the numbers when I am done.
 I'm not sure what you mean by this, but in any case it's not necessary. Every time you close and lock it you are setting a new code (although it is usually the same as you used previously) and even if the next passengers or the stewards somehow learned your code, why would you care? Your valuables are no longer there!

LOL! As my brother used to tell me: "If you're going to be logical, there is no sense having this discussion".

Also given the recent power problems on the Triumph, people might be reassured to know that the safe and cabin door locks are battery powered. They will still work in case of a power outage.
