The same thing happened to my ROS Alaska May 17th...It was quickly taken care of and I received a very nice post from Cruise Critic Host Kat with how it might have happened :D

Just so you know for future, if you need to flag a post or get the moderators' attention, you can click on the little red triangle in the upper right hand corner of the post. The mods are not here all the time nor do they read every single thread here... the red triangle alert goes to their e-mail and you can often get quick results that way. :)
